Abdullah Hashmat

Abdullah Hashmat is a consultant for the EUPP program. Abdullah has extensive experience working with many governmental and non-governmental organizations managing contracts, grants, subawards, and compliance activities. Abdullah holds a Master of Business Administration from Preston University, a Bachelor’s in Government and International Relations from George Mason University, a Bachelor’s in Medicines (MD), and a Diploma in Business Administration. Abdullah speaks Pashto, Dari/Farsi, and Urdu fluently.
